All pupils study a core programme comprised of English (studying for GCSEs in English language and English literature), mathematics and combined science (two GCSEs). Pupils will also continue to participate in core PE lessons once a week.
Key Stage 4 options
In Year 9, pupils will choose four subjects to study at GCSE level. Pupils will need to select a reserve choice as well as their preferred subjects.
All pupils will study either geography, history or Spanish.
A small number of pupils who have a strong work ethic and flair for science will be able to take triple science.
